Why Did Scott Baio Leave California?

Scott Baio has been very public about why he left California and headed to Florida. The star told Fox News that he was concerned about the homeless epidemic plaguing the state of California. He explained to journalist Jesse Waters that Southern California’s quality of life was quickly deteriorating.
