Rickie Fowler's house in Jupiter, Florida, is a modern residence that perfectly fits the golf star’s contemporary style. Architect Roger Janssen designed the mansion as a unique, ultra-modern masterpiece on the waterfront. It could be valued as high as $20 million and embodies a clean and modern aesthetic.
Fowler paid $12.5 million for the estate in 2016 but didn’t plan to move into the Pennock Point Road home in the current condition. Instead, the golf prodigy just wanted the land. He leveled the existing property to build something that fit his personality and style.
Rickie Fowler Home Details
Located at 5215 Pennock Point Road, the home of Rickie Fowler encompasses more than 11,000 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The Fowler family enjoys a spacious great room with high ceilings and a two-story wall of retractable glass to access the outdoors. The back of the house is lined with windows so Fowler and his family can have unobstructed views of the water.
The lavish home is in a private, discreet location, which allows Fowler to enjoy a serene escape. The primary bathroom has a luxurious tub on a beautiful wooden platform facing the water.
The modern and sleek kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and marble and quartzite countertops. The home features floating staircases in a concrete steel structure with glass railings. Every room is beautifully designed with custom wood wall treatments and high-end finishes.

The furniture in the home is just as modern and contemporary as the home itself. The walls are decorated with abstract art pieces. An interesting and artistic aquarium adorns the corner of one of the many living spaces. Each room has contemporary, high-end furniture.
The driveway entrance into the modern mansion also reminds the golf star to remain focused. Rickie purposefully designed his driveway to look like Magnolia Lane. The estate’s driveway entrance is a stunning replica of Augusta National’s Magnolia Lane.
The magnolia trees that line the entrance to the Augusta National Masters Tournament were planted many decades ago. They are meant to create excitement and anticipation for the golfers driving through them to the Masters tournament.
Fowler recreated this feeling every time he went home. Riding through the beautiful magnolia trees towards the property, one would expect to see a traditional, southern Florida home with rustic Mediterranean-style architecture. Instead, the driveway leads to a modern contemporary masterpiece.

House Amenities & Features
Rickie has all the entertainment he needs in the Jupiter mansion. The estate has a game room, a sports bar, and a personal home theater. The outside of the home is just as impressive as the inside. One highlight of the Ricky Fowler house is the fantastic location on the Loxahatchee River.
Fowler has a stunning resort-like pool and hot tub overlooking the river. The backyard is incredibly inviting, with multiple outdoor spaces for entertaining. The property features a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and comfortable seating areas. The outdoor kitchen has a fireplace for chilly Florida nights. Fowler also has a private dock to enjoy boating and water sports.

The Rickie Fowler house also has a six-car garage, which provides Fowler plenty of space for his impressive car collection. His collection includes a $245,000 Ferrari, a Mitsubishi Evolution X, a $113,000 Nissan, and several Mercedes-AMG models. The luxurious garage isn’t the only place where Rickie keeps his cars. He also stores one of his vehicles in a large man cave with pool tables and relaxing, unique furniture.
Fowler doesn’t have to go far to swing a golf club. His modern mansion, which sits on over 2.7 acres, has been outfitted with a small golf course. Rickie built a miniature golf course on his front lawn to ensure he remains at the top of his game.

The Pennock Point Neighborhood
Pennock Point is a premier residential area in Jupiter that is known for its upscale homes and breathtaking waterfront vistas. The exclusive community offers a luxurious lifestyle, attracting affluent residents and many professional athletes like Fowler.
Just a few doors down is Brooks Koepka's house which is also a newly-constructed abode to be admired. Recently, Justin Thomas sold his property in Pennock Point for just over $3 million.
One of the defining features of Pennock Point is that many of the homes there boast direct access to the Loxahatchee River, just a short ride by boat to the Jupiter Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.

Pennock Point is also popular for its oversized lots; the enclave is characterized by sprawling properties with meticulously manicured grounds, offering residents a sense of seclusion and privacy.
The neighborhood is just a short drive to local beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, and fine-dining eateries, providing residents with endless opportunities for entertainment in a city that is growing in affluent residents.
The real estate market in Pennock Point, as you might imagine, is highly competitive. Homes rarely sell for less than seven figures these days. The exclusivity and prestige of the neighborhood, combined with its desirable location, make it a coveted destination for wealthy homebuyers seeking an unparalleled lifestyle.
Fowler's Previous Properties
Rickie Fowler has a knack for purchasing and selling high-end luxury properties. The golf superstar has a successful pattern of lucrative real estate transactions.
In December 2021, Rickie sold his Summerlin condo in Las Vegas for $6 million. The golfer unloaded the luxury condo only six months after he closed on the unit for $2.1 million. The sale was conducted privately, so the lucky buyer was not disclosed.
The luxurious condo was a third-floor unit with over 1900 feet of space. Fowler secured a hefty price because the Summit Club is an ambitious luxury condo and villa community. It’s located in Summerlin, a 555-acre country club with a golf course designed by Tom Fazio. Like his other homes, Rickie’s condo in Las Vegas had a clean, modern aesthetic with contemporary high-end finishes.
Before moving into the home in Pennock Point, Fowler lived in Carmel Landing, a gated Jupiter neighborhood near the current property. His home in Carmel Landing had 4600 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house had a chef's kitchen, a beautiful pool, and 123 feet of water frontage. The golfer secured that home, located at 5901 Whitetail Lane, for $1.6 million in 2010 and sold it in 2016 for $2.85 million.

Fowler also has a history of dabbling in commercial real estate. In 2023, Fowler purchased the Murrieta Valley Golf Range, located about 90 minutes south of Los Angeles. It was at this range that the star learned to play golf.
The range is an all-grass golf practice facility with 15,000 square feet of putting green and 60,000 square feet of driving space. Going to the range as a child helped Fowler develop a passion for the game and become the success he is today. Purchasing the golf facility was a sentimental gesture.
Going further back in time, Fowler sold a property in Orange County, California, for $3.6 million just two years after he purchased it for $2.6 million in 2015.
He was also reportedly a resident of The Bears Club in a home that he purchased in 2012 for $2.8 million and eventually sold in 2016 for $4.8 million.
Fowler's Roots in Jupiter, Florida
Fowler is also near fellow friends and golf stars. Jupiter is home to many professional golfers, so Rickie is in good company with neighbors like Justin Thomas, Tiger Woods, Gary Player, Michelle Wie West, and many more. Celebrities and athletes have flocked to the area, with Michael Jordan's house setting the standard for opulence.
Jupiter is the perfect spot for professional golfers because it has incredible golf courses, making it easy for golf stars to practice their swing. The Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast are filled with dozens of world-class golf courses.
Rickie is a member of two specific clubs. He plays regularly at the Bears Club in Jupiter and The Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound. Both clubs have luxurious, exclusive golf courses where elite golfers play because of the challenging fairways.
Who is Rickie Fowler?
Rickie moved into the mansion in 2016 after enjoying one of the most successful parts of his career, including two PGA tour wins in 2015. The year 2015 was very financially profitable for the golf star. Fowler won over $5.8 million from his PGA tour and his success at the Players Championship and the Deutsche Bank Championship.

Not only is Rickie a great golfer, but he’s also one of the most loved golfers of his generation. The golfer has an incredibly impressive track record. Fowler is a five-time PGA tour winner with an awe-inspiring career. He was ranked the number one golfer in the world for 36 weeks in 2007 and 2008, and his golf game grew stronger over the years.
Fowler is also known for being among the only three golfers to shoot 62 in a major championship. He achieved this incredible feat at the 2023 US Open Golf Championship. The professional golfer has earned at least $57 million throughout his career, a massive fortune from golf tournament wins, lucrative endorsement deals, and real estate transactions.
The golf star picked up the sport at a very young age. Fowler's grandfather would spend every Wednesday with him on the range, where a young Rickie would practice his swim. Rickie’s father would deliver the sand for maintenance and the gravel for the parking lot in exchange for the club allowing Rickie and his grandfather to play.
Rickie shares the incredible home with his wife, Allison Stokke. Stokke is a fellow professional athlete who became famous for breaking American records as a pole vaulter. She now works as a fitness model. The couple has been married since 2019. Rickie and Allison only have one daughter, Maya, but the modern mansion provides plenty of space for when they decide to grow their family.
