The two other floor plans - Bellister and Camden - are single-story with 4 bedrooms and just under 3,000 square feet.
All new homes at The Oaks will offer state-of-the-art upgrades such as impact windows, modern elevations, brick-paver driveways, and high-end kitchen and bathroom finishes. The homes will be built on a main road circling around a lake in the middle of the neighborhood. Some houses will back up to woods or other properties, will others will look out to the road. The plan is for a gated entrance up front with controlled-access entry for residents and visitors.
The Oaks will offer a new option for those searching Palm City real estate, as most of the new construction properties there have been townhomes lately. On top of that, The Oaks is close to local parks, boat ramps, and other highly-sought-after residential neighborhoods. The school zoning for residents will be within Bessey Creek Elementary, Hidden Oaks Middle School, and Martin County High School.
